It is the validation of knowledge and skills
beyond the scope of coaching school.
Prepares for certain level of
skill proficiency as defined by school program.

What is the difference between ACC, PCC and MCC?

ACC,PCC and MCC are the three levels of ICF.

They can be differentiated on the basis of no. of hours of training and experience.

ACC level is the first level and it includes guiding the client with what of the client, (minimal discovery problem)

PCC level is more experienced level than ACC and it is focusing on who the client is (and self-discovery).

MCC level is the highest level and is fully focused on guiding the “whole person”.
