What is the ICF ACSTH course?
The ACSTH or ICF Certified Coach Training Program is the pathway to become a credentialed Coach. ICF ACSTH is ICF Approved Coach Training Certification which is a credential program (with 97 CEU points) on the completion of which participants can qualify for ACC.
This program is named as NLCC – Neuro Linguistic Coach Certification. NLCC is designed combining the ICF tools along with the effective tactics of NLP to deliver expeditious learnings and disseminate knowledge in a way that has real-life applicability.

Under this program, participants will have an in-depth understanding of the theoretical and ethical foundations of coaching, the similarities, and differences between coaching and neural language programming. This program will also teach about the application of various tools and techniques in coaching and NLP.
Whether you want to learn about coaching or how NLP can positively influence your coaching conversations, the program will introduce you to the 11 core competencies outlined by ICF to ensure your full and active participation.
At the end of the course, you will lay a solid foundation in coaching, interact with NLP, and be able to conduct effective coaching dialogues to build credibility and trust with your students.

67 hours face to face interaction (9 hours* 10 classroom sessions) which includes 30 hours of project, observed coaching sessions and assessments.
10 mentoring sessions (1 hour * 10) which includes
5 observed coaching session (triads)
5 submissions of recorded coaching sessions
10 coaching assignments (2 hours* 5)
Accreditation indicates that a school has had its program undergo rigorous external scrutiny and quality testing by a peak body.
Certification is a recognized statement of attainment that indicates you have acquired the industry-recognized skills and expertise required to practice as a coach.

NLCC is Neuro Linguistic Coach Certification. It is a program designed combining the ICF tools and NLP techniques to give better insights to the participants and help them with real life applicability of the program.
Yes! You will be the certified coach after doing NLCC course as this course is ICF (Highest governing body for coaches) certified.
ACC,PCC and MCC are the three levels of ICF.
They can be differentiated on the basis of no. of hours of training and experience.
ACC level is the first level and it includes guiding the client with what of the client, (minimal discovery problem)
PCC level is more experienced level than ACC and it is focusing on who the client is (and self-discovery).
MCC level is the highest level and is fully focused on guiding the “whole person”.
NLCC is a certification course which is approved by ICF with 97 CEU points. You can attend this course and get these points and go “through the portfolio route in ICF” to get credential.
ICF ACSTH I is the same certification course as NLCC, but it also includes 10 mentoring sessions, CKA (Coach Knowledge Assessment) and assessments of the recordings.
